Our Response: Bold, bright and brilliantly clear this years’ report has a solid structure and is packed full of visually exclusive insights making it an highly-insightful and entertaining read. Focussing around the main challenge of achieving the ‘Balancing Act’ of minimising fraud, minimising costs and maximising revenue – the concept carried consistently from the report through to events – and beyond.
