The Brief: The London property market is extremely competitive. Chestertons are an established and highly experienced estates agents currently positioned along-side several other well-known agencies that employ aggressive advertising tactics. Our brief was to create an impactful campaign that repositions Chestertons as the market leader in the London property industry, energises its workforce, and attracts the best talent in town.
Our Response: Our ‘Tons more’ campaign highlights Chestertons’ key differentiators whilst taking an ownable and competitive stance. The campaign identity combines a confident typographic design with clear branding, allowing our bold, new messaging to sit front and centre. We also reintroduced the strapline ‘London’s estate agent’ to reinforce their expert position in the industry.
