The Brief: When we met, there was a huge disparity between how LifeCare Residences looked – and how they wanted to be perceived. Their brand wasn’t reflective of the 5 star developments they were building.
Our Response: Launching Battersea Place, London’s first luxury retirement community, was the catalyst to creating a a luxury brand. In print we produced cloth covered foiled brochures, online we created a digital experience similar to that of a 5 star hotel and in our films we left no detail out of shot. We weren’t simply selling property – but selling a retirement lifestyle – where amenities are at a maximum and worries at a minimum.
